Goin' on a Holiday!/FOME Camp Over!
Feb. 8th, 2004 04:55 pmWell, I'm back from FOME Camp. Much fun was had. Much sun, beach, games, etc. Among the highlights was me actually playing Scrabble, finishing (finally!) My D&D Munchkin Catharsis game, And getting through a considerable amount of writing that I wanted to do for a Nobilis Con Game that I'm writing.
That said, as I get back, I have to leave as well. I'm heading to Adelaide for the next week or so, so that me and Lara can enjoy a good ol' fashion holiday. My Palm-Pilot died again while I was off at FOME Camp (I get the feeling the problem may be heat-related - but now that it's stopped responding I can't find out now). I've had to retrieve a few of my most-used passwords and pop them onto paper-backup so I can actually do stuff while I'm in Adelaide, but At least I have the Livejournal password, so I can keep people updated one what I'm doing.
As noted above, my PalmPilot, it seems, is not making it's way to Adelaide with me, which is a shame. I'll have to store it someplace cool for the next week or so, charge it when I get back, then restore the thing from backup (and now I have backups of everything, so it's not nearly as bad as the last time it screwed up...).
Well, I'll possibly post while on holiday, but I'll see some people here in person when I get back.
