The Unnamed Update
Jul. 1st, 2004 01:29 pmOk, just to catch up on a few things that were in progress:
Job: It looks like I have it. As it turns out, they tried contacting me, I noted the Monash number, and thought it was the Prospective Students Office. So I didn't pick up (as I've been avoiding them since I quit doing uni tours for them).
But, got to the office, it looks like I have the job, and they're apparently going to try and find a time for Jasmine to train me up. This should be cool. They were supposed to e-mail me about times and such, but they've yet to do so, so I'm going to go in tomorrow (when I'm meeting with Lara), and remind them. I do want this job - I do have plans of either buying a car or moving out before the start of semester 1 next year, and any cash is good cash!
Roleplaying: Well, a day late, but that Ultraviolet game does actually have a plot now. It should be interesting to see how I run it - I don't tend to run mysteries all that often. It should be a learning experience, at any rate. I haven't properly GMed an online game at all, ever...
