That'll be annoying...
Aug. 1st, 2006 08:49 pmI can't find my USB stick anywhere. This is rather unfortunate, as it contains a great deal of OCRed text, which is paid-work stuff.
If I can't find it, I'll've lost all that work. And even with the biggest chapter out of the way, that'll still end up being another 10-12 hours of scanning to redo all that work. Checked Lost Property at the Info desk at uni and it's not there, which is really unfortunate.
I'll have to check the computer labs when I get into uni tomorrow morning, and hope to god I accidentally left it in a USB socket and it's still there. Not hopeful of this.
