Continuing with the whole learning about myself thing (kinda)

For all the social retards out there. Because lord knows I'm definitely one. The sad bit is that in theory I know most of the points on this list, but still don't do them, because they're damn hard. I'm thinking of printing out the dot points and leaving them somewhere I can see them.
